I had during a recent visit to your store for an online order pickup. While I was there, I noticed extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the staff responsible for order packing.nnNot only was I treated rudely when I politely requested a simple favour, but I also observed the same kind of behaviour directed at other Uber drivers who were there to collect orders. The staff appeared to be dismissive and disrespectful, treating drivers as if they were beneath them — which was both surprising and unacceptable.nnAs a customer and a professional in the delivery space, I believe mutual respect is essential in maintaining a good working relationship between businesses and service providers. I hope this feedback encourages a review of how delivery personnel and customers are treated, so that future interactions are more respectful and courteous.
I love Fresh choice Barrington. It is my go-to store when I need inspiration for new snacks or for smaller volume grocery runs. The staff are always so pleasant, and the displays at entry are always different and interestingnThe rest of the store is always laid out the same, though, so I'm never disoriented by the changing front display. Only inspired to try new things.
Excellent service when ringing to check on sourdough bread stock on a busy holiday weekend. It was ready at customer services for us when we arrived. Generally a great store, if more expensive than others overall.
Security need to relax a little you nearly feel intimidated leaving with shopping all there short on doing is strip searching you. Three separate occasions it happened so I tend to not shop here anymore. Prices aren't healthy either.
Handy and good selection of normal variety foods. nBUT Lack gluten-free holiday season items for Easter and Xmas. Gluten free hot cross buns could easily be provided frozen, and other festive items such as puddings. Sad when a certain group of people are excluded over these joyous times.nGot the usual boring slabs of gf chocolate brownies, but lack better quality cake options, basics like muffins. Leamingtons and fruit pies which are readily available in frozen sections in Aus supermarkets, but nothing here in New Zealand. I couldn’t even find a frozen gluten free meat pie. Pretty tough for coeliac shoppers.
