Shopping here frequently and I've just started to notice how unfriendly the staff are and how miserable they look moping about. The older lady's at the self service areas always make out like it's such an issues to help out and you can here them bickering amongst themselves. It's pretty sad actually. And those older lady's always seem to speak rudely to other younger staff members. How pathetic.nnGet rid of the old washed up bats.
I have had no staff issues here. Parking easy. All convenient except we like Birdseye potato gems and they are not stocked here. Can get them Woolworths Amberley and elsewhere. Please stock them. Please.
The whole store is set out so that products are easy to get to and if you are having troubles finding them then the staff are always willing to help and look happy in their work. The prices are within my pay range and I like the feel of the store.
No orange jelly. Also no cooked peeled shrimp, only prawns. Pretty inconvenient.
I've had such terrible service from the staff, even felt like they were being discriminatory to another customer while I was waiting. There are numerous issues with their click-and-collect system. I tried giving some feedback to the management and was so disappointed with the lack of follow-up and closure. Waited 45 mins for my click-and-collect to be done after receiving the email saying it would be ready at a certain time. Only one person is usually operating a checkout at the busiest times! Really happy to drive across town so I never had to go here again!!
