My wee furbaby Maddie, had 3 teeth out recently,  I was so anxious for her, but they looked after her extremely well. I was so happy

Amazing caring team who gave our dog great care. Then when we had to have our dog put to sleep they were so patient, kind and caring with the process. Definitely recommend this vet.

Took my new puppy today as she had been vomiting from swallowing a new treat whole. I rang them and they were able to see her really quickly, so greatful to the reception team whom were so thoughtful and gave me options on the phone and the Vet was really caring and respectful of this wee puppy.

Such an amazing vets. We had the sad rask of having to put our cat down and they were so empathetic, kind and caring. Highly recommended

Terrible receptionist!! Amazing Vet!!  Grumpy receptionist Peri who talks to you like a child. I was 10mins late today as I had to rush from work, deal with baby, oh...and try to capture our cat in a cage no easy task. This was the only time we could be seen for the next few days. As soon as I walked in the door, Peri looks at her watch, then at me, and goes "You're late! By quite a lot." No hi, how's the cat etc. I was lost for words but said "It was not easy getting here" to which she says "There's other appointments coming" What shocks me is that nearly every time we come to the vet, we have to wait 15 mins, sometimes longer. We don't get a "Sorry for the wait", instead we get barked at by a receptionist who has never been nice. I finished my appointment, cane out, and there didn't appear to be anyone waiting for an appointment. I could be wrong, there was a man there with dogs who looked like he was shopping. I fear talking to Peri or dealing with her every time we come. Avoid her like the plague. The flipside is, the other receptionists are lovely. Kind and caring. Peri looks like you've done her family wrong. Karen and Hamish are amazing vets, by the way. Clearly love animals and are sweet and honest.

They are kind and considerate and they are understanding. They made me feel at ease with my cat. I have aphasia and the vet listened to me with understanding and she allowed me time to talk, as a person who has aphasia has trouble with speaking and remembering things and the vet was wonderful just like all of them are at the New Brighton Mall Veterinary

Mollie and Jonah go there and its the best veterinary care in Christchurch. Sadly Jonah was put to sleep in April 2018 and the staff were very compassionate and caring. We got a new addition in the family last year  . We called him Loki , he is cute but a handful for the staff. The vets and nurses are truly awesome. Five stars ++++

Very impressed with kindness & care for our cats

These vets are excellent. I have had different vets check and treat my cat at the practice and always they have been thorough and caring. Very reasonably priced. I moved out of New Brighton but it is still worth the drive there. They are open later to suit working people.
