I've been coming too Jenna groomer for a few years now, and she does a fantastic job with my boy Momo. Would highly recommend too anyone.
My online ordering was so easy. There was an item not available and Cody rang to let me know and gave me a choice as to what to do. I chose Click and Collect. Excellent parking. And when I went in Cody was there to pass me my order. He is a very kind and helpful young man.
I had a really wonderful experience shopping here. A knowledgeable member of staff I believe his name was Darren gave us lots of information on certain species of fish. He gave us good guidance on which fish would be best for our community tank and helped us pick out some dalmatian mollies. He was so much more than just a salesperson. He really knew his stuff and was super insightful.
Excellent store. My Samoyed went there for the dog grooming service in his younger days. Now I take my husky and puppy there for DIY Doggy washes. Also lots of great products available to purchase to help keep them in great condition. Also perfect for puppy products.
Wish I could wright a review on the service, but I had my appointment canceled at last minute. Brought my dog on a 9 hour round trip from Westport for a groom. I was woken up at 8am of the morning of the appointment to be told its canceled. I explained that I had traveled with her a long way and they couldn't have given a continental. Lady on the phone had a attitude as well. Not impressed at all
Basically, I was told to go somewhere else by a young male staff. His sarcastic laughter was beyond rude. He said “Yeah x2, go x2 somewhere else!! ” The worst in customer service I’d say. Background - a product Animates sells for $13, and the other business for $9. When they said it’s $13, I just said oh ok others sell it for $9.. then he laughed. I didn’t negotiate the price at all. Never asked for the discounts or to compete to the other shops. Other staff didn’t say anything about this our conversation so I guess that’s how usually treat their customers. Can’t imagine he short tempered person treats animals nice. I don’t trust those kind of people and I don’t want my dogs near them now. Not going back there ever again.
I'm so disappointed. We were regulars, but won't be back. We had a groom with Jenna. Our doggo came home with a big gouge on his leg. He's licking it incessantly and it's not healing. We'll need to buy an Elizabethan cone and probably a vet visit. They charged us full price. Extremely expensive groom :
Jenna is a fantastic groomer and goes out of her way to make sure dogs feel safe and cared for and at the end of their groom they not only look fantastic but have had lots of pats too Very impressive
Poor knowledge and misguided information made me walk out of this store leaving my intended purchases behind. Staff do not have an adequate understanding of the actual requirements of animals rather what they 'think is best' only reason I've given an extra star is due to the store presentation. Special mention to Mr. 'Over-informed' Ponytail whose attitude had me leave the store immediately, money still in my pocket. Poor form if you're actually trying to sell product.
Fantastic store, good stock and great staff.
