Superb. Highly knowledgeable, friendly staff. Easy to find what you want ... and lots that you didn't know you needed too.  You can even feed the koi carp for £1 which made my daughter's day!

Hi, I came in this morning for some advice for my Betta fish he wasn't doing to well and a very helpful member of staff Charlotte, suggested epsom salts and to try him with blood worm as he hadn't eaten and was looking a bit worse for wear since I bought him about 3 weeks ago not from your shop and I have tried him with the new food and Epsom salts and he's full of life now which was surprising considering he looked like he was on deaths door this morning. Just want to thank you guys for knowing what to do and helping Bob. I did go to pets at ho.e before coming to you and they didn't have a clue. So thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff. A good stock of corals, marine, tropical and cold water fish. As well as all the equipment you could ever want and or need.

Really appreciate the guidance and advice given by a member of staff in relation to creating a pond. Sound advice and tips on what to do going forward. Great range of products and much more affordable than I expected!

Fantastic service, very helpful and even gave me a price match

Took a pond uv light that wasn't working to see if it was a simple fix. The manager Paul could not have been more helpful.  Very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.  The uv was beyond repair so Paul's advice  helped us to choose a new one. Good customer service and knowledge.  If you need anything pond related this is the place for you.

Love this place, staff always happy to help, great pet shop.

Must have gone in on the wrong day, asked for oxygenation plants, got told there over there. Not being into water plants I needed more help, but at least the guy on the till was more helpful. Fish looked great although one tank looked to full of fish and they did not have enough room to move around. But the rest were all ok.

So happy to have come home with 5 little platys after waiting impatiently for the water to be just right - thank you for all the advice and help Dan and Jack. In the process of getting ready for release!
