We had a very sad occasion to be there yesterday, Sox our cat had been going down hill so we were there to put to sleep, to give him peace. Everyone was exceptionally helpful, we were put in a room to say goodbye and given plenty of time to morn, he was placed nicely in box we provided and given Al the respect he deserved. Thanks so much for the good send off.

Love the team at Aldwins vet clinic. They have looked after our dogs so well. Always tell you how much things are likely to cost before they get going. Payment options are great too.
We have had atrocious service from these people. They are all about money. We were requested to go in for yet another blood test for our terminal dog and because we left with paying yet another bill for the test of over $300. They have refused to give us the results of the test. We have spent hundreds of dollars in the lastcweeknor so, they wanted the test then slapped us with another huge bill. There is no care re our dying boy it's just about money. Disgusting!
I was tired of some of the surly/indifferent staff at our previous vets so I tried Aldwins Road Vet Clinic. It was the best move. The staff are always very welcoming and kind. We feel like valued clients, and they love our wee Betty. Vets, Dr Elora and Dr Maddie are skilful, confident and very experienced vets.
Quoted $690.01c to home euthanise our dog, someone else vet2u charged us $240 and did a fantastic job. Confirmed my view that the only time we had used them the blood test bill had been excessive.
Absolutely lovely staff!! They actually take the time to listen to you & your concerns about your pet!! Never felt rushed at all, like have at other places in the past they make sure the pet is comfortable & happy in the surroundings. They also have afterpay & open pay as payment options which is a life saver in my opinion!! We all know pets can be expensive & with this option it makes thing's a LOT easier to have things done, that might need to be. Rather than having to put it off for not being able to afford it being done as one payment. Thanks so much for a great service!! AAA+++
Thank you Emma, and everyone who was there tonight for Hannibal as he passed. Three other practices had turned us away despite it being an emergency. We heard how many other emergencies you have been dealing with lately and I am certian each time the care has been exemplilar. You will always have our respect and confidence.
