Absolutely the best vet I have been too. All staff were kind and helpful. The vet I saw took great care of my kitten, gave great advice and was very informative. My wee Aslan is a special lil guy and we thankyou for all your help .
The staff at Total Vets were lovely and ever so caring. They have us time to say goodbye to our fur child. And let us say our final goodbye after she had passed away in peace. Would highly recommend this vet
100% the best vets I have ever been to! Recently moved back to Christchurch with my two dogs and you can tell everyone there truly cares about your pets like they are their own! Plus they are all super lovely and friendly!! Definitely would recommend!
Old villa has been converted to a vet surgery. Warm environment to arrive in with your pet, not like any other vet I've been to. Staff were friendly. Vet was knowledgeable and offered a range of solutions for the issue our pet was experiencing. They have a good staff retention approach so you get the same vet each time instead of a revolving door of locums like some other vets.
Laura is the most wonderful vet we have been to. She is so caring and happy and the dogs feel very relaxed with her.
Took amazing care of my dog when she was so dehydrated her kidneys were in distress. Kind and truly care about the animals. And open on Saturdays which is so useful for full time workers!
Lovely little building and friendly staff who really enjoy there work and genuinely care. We use them for all of our pets and recently lost our oldest bird they were compassionate and amazing at letting us know she was healthy when she past and not to worry about the others in the same cage. I would recommend these guys to anyone 6 out of 5 :D
Warm, friendly environment. Love the candle they have for when a fur baby passes.
