Have always taken my two dogs to this vet generally staff great phoned for some Rimadyl tabs. for the 10year old ,told had to seen. after a lecture on her weight  [same weight  as 2 years ago]  told dog would need a blood test done on site saw vet for 9mins . in total $163.00 then went back to pick up tablets 20 mins later another $137.50 20 tablets,  total visit $300.50 . Our Vets Parklands certainly knows how to  lose  clients. you would think they had also found the cure for cancer the fees they charge

Great staff, excellent service, dont judge dogs by their looks, and if they say they'll contact you about something... they do!

Ourvets Parklands have cared for our cat Lexi for 17 years, as they did for our previous cat Sophie for her entire life. They have always been very caring and understanding. Would thourghly recommend them.

The vet was very caring and considerate. We had to put our loved little dog to sleep. He was so kind. He explained everything to us and made it a peaceful ending for her.

I thought Steeve's customer service was terrible. I have previously worked in the vet industry before and would never treat a new customer so poorly. He didn't make the appointment at all easier for my dog he didn't offer him any treats or reward him with any treats after vaccinations. every clinic I have been to or worked at have offered treats to make the appointment less stressful on the pet. He completely up-selled me on everything and up-sold me on products that weren't necessary. I had two second opinions from two different vent clinics and they both agreed that the products weren't necessary and even the receptionist was questioning why I was buying some of the products the vet told me I had to buy. I won't be back or recommending anyone to come here any time soon.     Disappointing and Rip off.

We took our 15yr old cat to this veterinary clinic, the vet who saw her gave her a good check over and explained to us what she may be suffering from and suggested a blood test to ascertain if that was the case,tests came back clear so she going to be put on a low fat diet to protect her pancreas. We were treated with professional courtesy and knowledge which put us at ease, thankyou so much for what you did for us regarding our pet.I definitely recommend Ourvets Park lands for your pet care.

Many people have given these vets positive reviews. But in my experience the staff at reception have always come across as unfriendly and disinterested in seniors who don't have big $$$ to spend.

The ladies are nice here but the male veterinarian was horrible. No personality and no remorse. Each time we came in with our injured cat he would quickly look at him and opt for surgery. It was as if he cared more about the money than the health and well-being of my cat. The 3rd time the nurse told us he wouldn’t need surgery but then once we got in there of course he said surgery and this time we said no. My cat recovered fine and I’m so glad we went against his advice. I would not recommend coming here unless you can get a different veterinarian!!!!

This visit was good but the last visit my normal vet didn't see my cat Star... I'd booked in 3 weeks ahead so I was extremely unhappy ... no one called me to ask if I'd be happy to see another vet..  and I'd actually rung that very morning before taking her in
