Visited here for cat food. This a great shop as they stock all things pet. Lots of products are in bulk and there is a comprehensive range of everything you will probably require. There are no problems with car parking because its in the shopping at Northwood. If you want to be sure you get the correct product go here you will get good advice. They have good mebershipp discounts.
Best service doesn’t matter who is on they hands down are the best always nice and polite willing to help. Really rare these days but what blows my mind is new or old staff all very nice. It looks like a good place to work as they all seem happy to be there.
I was looking for a cat toy and the I was approached to see if i wanted help. I mentioned my cat has allergies and I got great advice on food and explanations on it plus info on a Allergy specialist. Bought some cat food she recommended and treats etc. The food is working so well, and im so impressed with the great service I had there! Definately coming back!
Always helpful, great member discounts,website definitely needs work, but the shops themselves are good. Great selections of everything for your pets.

Purchased a cat tower, which is great quality however one of the poles broke that supported a side bit with constant use. Perhaps it was just a one off as it seems much sturdier than the first one was to begin with anyway. The team was excellent in helping source a replacement, they kept me up to date and called me once it was in store. Really friendly team and clearly PETstock is a company that cares about their customers, at least at Northwood anyway. Customer service like this deserves more money in their tills from us, we’ll be return customers for sure.
The workers canceled my appointment 20 mins beforehand and I was on my way there and now there saying that I can’t book until 2 weeks later I wouldn’t recommend there grooming prices are unreasonable and they cancel on you 20 mins before
Great customer service only thing is that sometimes they are very limited with animals in the shop which isnt necessarily a bad thing as less animals means better care but also is nice to see a variety. Would also be great if they had a decent late night during the week as it can be hard to find time to come in when working But these little things are nothing bad just things that would make it even better then it is :-
This is my go-to per store now, everyone who's served me was happy and genuinely cared about my pet's needs, and delivery service was super fast, even with a hand written thank you note. Very impressed with the customer service
