I waited patiently until the planets aligned and the Subaru Outback I wanted revealed itself to me sitting in the New Bourne Motors lot. A big shout out to Adam for helping this cosmic purchase happen. A seamless and enjoyable experience during the busy holiday season. Thanks again big A!

I bought my first car from NewBourne Motors, with great customer service skills, Adam sold me this great Ute and after hearing my situation and where I lived he delivered the car right to my house. He always kept in touch and made the whole process very easy. Thanks heaps mate.

I just want to take this moment to thank Adam and the staff at New Bourne Motors. I was recently forced back in to the market for a new tradie ute. I contacted Adam and complete proffesionalism and customer service over the phone. True legend. He told to me come to Newport station. Then he got one of the workers to pick me up on the day. Big thank you to Darcy also. For driving me around and I was happy with my choice. Put down a deposit. Returned today to settle the the rest of the money owed on the car. I did not wanna put them out. So i took a cab. But Adam still arranged one if the guys to take me back to the station. Overall 12 out 10 customer experience. Would highly recomend for those people in the market for a secondhand car. Thank you guys and i will catch next Tuesday for when i return for my cars pick up.

One of the best experiences I have had in buying a car. I just bought a VY Acclaim from them today and could not fault them. A very fair price paid, and excellent service. Will recommend New Bourne Motors. Fair and upfront and not pushy. 5 STARS

Purchased my son's his first car from New Bourne Motors. Adam was easy going and helpful without being pushy. After a few weeks I encountered a minor issue. Both Adam and Ramsey were very knowledgeable and helpful and sorted the issue without any issues. Would definitely recommend New Bourne Motors and wouldn't hesitate to go back when I'm in the market for another car.

Disgusting service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! I bought a car which apparently had a road worthy. I slid off the road not long after my purchase and when I brought it to the mechanic they told me their was NO WAY this car should of passed a roadworthy. The 2 front tires were totally worn out and the spare tire had a nail in it!!  When my partner called to give them the feedback they started abusing and threatening him. Like “try hard” dodgy gangstas. They told him to come to the car yard and they were going to call “their boys!”  How pathetic!  Absolutely appalling considering their one responsibility when selling a car is to make sure it’s roadworthy. I was so scared driving that car and can’t believe they put my life at risk like that! They claim to offer 12 month warranty however when you give them feed back they start abusing you… instead of trying to act tough they should read a book and learn a little something called customer service and ethics.  Never experienced anything like this before, don’t give your money to people like this.

Really down to earth group of guys here, love the service as it’s not pushy to sell but informative and helpful. I Got a great reliable family car from newborn Motors last year and I would recommend this car sales to friends and family. I gave this review because my motor light come on the other day, didn’t no why and drove the car down with no appointment to Newborn work shop and they had it fixed in 5 mins and didn’t charge me a thing. 5 stars for service

Just recently purchased a 2nd hand car from N.B.M. Both their after sales and warranty services are second to none. They have great cars at very affordable prices. Their super friendly team are very approachable and were there for me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend and buy again from New Bourne Motors Blackshaws Road, North Altona

I’d like to give the boys at New Bourne motors a great review,  Ramsay and Adam were excellent to deal with,  I explained I needed a good reliable 2nd hand car to take my grandmother to appointments and using the car as a local A to B being a full time carer.  The sale included brand new bushes and rotors for my Ford falcon,  I have since been going to country Victoria and enjoying drives to yea to try out rissoles and gravy at the pub in a car that feels solid and drives like brand new.  Family business , relaxed and enjoyed buying the car from new Bourne  Runs flawlessly  10/10,  Scotty

I wanted to buy through a dealer to have the protection of a warranty; however, that worked out to be useless through this dealership.  Within the first week of owning the car problems surfaced. Adam did not return my calls over a period of weeks when seeking repairs/replacement of parts. Once I did get in contact with him he was blunt and frankly quite rude to me.  I could say more but I couldn't be bothered wasting more energy on this place.
