It was my partner’s birthday and the place is a must try. 5 course meal with great and elite selection of wine. Everything was so fresh and to our liking. The staff was polite and had knowledge of what is being served. I believe I made a really good decision choosing them. we will be back as we know the menu changes all the time also forgot to mention the restaurant is in a rain forest setting which very calm and welcoming.
Do yourself a favour and book ahead if you’re heading to Port Douglas - one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Service was impeccable from start to finish, great atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and of course, sensational food.nnEverything I had was remarkable and cooked to perfection, you can choose to do a wine pairing for $70 per person or indulge in some delicious cocktails if you were wanting to add some drinks to your evening.nnOverall a 10/10 experience with no faults, would dine again if given the opportunity in the future.
A gorgeous setting for a spectacular menu. We attended Nautilus for dinner, and every single plate from the dégustation menu was so delicious. Definitely a treat yourself night! The service was wonderful as well, definitely well looked after throughout the night!
It’s no wonder Nautilus gets great reviews it is sensational. Our wait staff for the night were all outstanding, thanks Remy in particular. Each course was presented beautifully and the paired wines matched each very well. We were able to have the classic menu and the pescatarian menu each with its own pairing. Lighting is a bit dark requiring the phone torch to read the menu at times - we were not the only ones, but it adds to the character and atmosphere. Very memorable evening, thanks to exceptional service and food.
A beautiful meal accompanied by a good selection of wines in a stunning outdoor setting . Service was on point ,very professional yet so personalised . It’s a special experience with wonderful food and definitely worth a visit when in Port Douglas . We went at 5.45 pm and it was lovely being immersed within the changing sky surrounded by the rainforest . Wonderful ambience. Very romantic :
