I've reviewed many restaurants as I like people to know what we've experienced. This is the most personal I've ever had the pleasure of writing. This by far THE best meal and experience my wife and I have had. There are expensive restaurants and acclaimed chefs, but Nautilus was just brilliant. The service was exemplary from the moment we arrived. Drinks were great, but the Chef is the star here. The first course was delicious, only to be trumped by the second. The scallops cooked to perfection, flavour profiles incredible. Then chicken that melted before you could chew it, and followed by a perfect Wagyu that only required devouring. Absolutely all 100% delicious. To finish was a souffle with mango and coconut flavours that was like eating a cloud. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! We'll be back.
We had the pleasure of experiencing Nautilus on 2/18/26. BEST meal I have ever had. We are regular folks from New York and I rarely take time to leave a review, but for a very rainy night, the service, vibe and food deserved a huge “great job”!nWe had a server from Paris France, he was great…attentive but not in your grill. The Chef is the star & certainly knows how to put out an incredible tasting program! I expected very small portions, but they got bigger as each course was presented. We added the scallop “special” opener…outstanding! Tuna tartar, scallops, duck dishes were followed by a cut with your fork Filet. Preparations with each dish blew my mind. Great job to all and we highly recommend
The experience at Nautilus was an absolute 10/10. From the moment we arrived and enjoyed a drink in the lounge area to the very end of the dinner, everything was perfect.nnBeing able to experience the sunset and the evening surrounded by palm trees was truly unforgettable.nnWe chose the vegetarian menu, and it was incredible, every dish was a delight. The combination of flavors was excellent, and we left completely satisfied!nnThe service was also flawless; at no point did we feel like we were missing anything. The staff were attentive and professional, anticipating every detail.nnHaving worked in the hospitality industry for more than seven years, I can honestly say this experience was a 10/10.nnWithout a doubt, the best restaurant in Port Douglas. Highly recommended!
This was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Everything about Nautilus was amazing. Food was exceptional as was the service. It's also such a beautiful restaurant and atmosphere. Definitely will be back when we return to Port Douglas
We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Nautilus Restaurant Food was incredible 10/10. The atmosphere and vibes were amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Port Douglas
