Advertised $5 pizzas cost $8 at the Port Douglas store. On top of this we have just paid a 10% surcharge. False advertising at its finest! Nice one PD Domino's!
Just excellent - this is how all Dominos should be. This store, the food, and the staff are all far superior to the store near me! Our order was exact, piping hot, and ready in no time. We even went back twice in a week for the food, and to see the staff; it was that good! And I would also offer 6 stars for AMANDA! What a bright, efficient, and friendly person you are. Thank you, AMANDA, for the experience, you're brilliant!
Quick and easy not like the place’s around. Staff are nice and the place is busy but still manage to get everyone served.
False advertising! $5 pizza plus Sunday surcharge!! Ordered a large $7 + surcharge = $10.73!!! I said "that's not on the menu". They said "haha... I know" So wrong!!!
Order was due no later than 7:09pm after showing ready to deliver for over 30 minutes we rang only to be put on hold until it hung up tried calling back multiple times and either got hung up on or not answered at all when we did get through they told us it would be there soon when we questioned how cold it will be after being ready for so long we where assured it would be hot, but nearly and hour over due we are eating cold pizza and chicken meatballs. Not the first time we've received this sort of service from Domino's this is the same reason I stopped using them on the Gold Coast. Seems to be a national problem
Save your time. Initially ordered about 6:45pm; expected between 7:15 and 7:25. Order was “complete” status on the website at 7:30 sus. There was nothing at the door. Placed a phone call at 7:40pm and was told the order would be delivered in a few minutes. Placed another phone call at 8:35pm and was told the driver was waiting for another order and would be delivering it soon. Staff seemed rushed and rude. Made another phone call at 9:10pm and were told the delivery person had been out about two hours ago and tried to locate us / call the phone and couldn’t discrepant to what we’d been told on a previous call and had returned with the pizza. We were offered a refund.
Couldn’t even be bothered to come to the counter to speak to me By far and away the most rude and worst service I have ever received And the woman’s English was atrocious No manners Zero customer service And on top of that advertisers for hunger deals then tells u they are closed even when you he doors are open The woman who works here is a complete clown Be warned Stay away Joke
Ordered and within 15 mins we got fresh pizza, and Amanda was exceptionally kind. It was a busy night and the place was packed, but she kept her composure and bubbly attitude, saying good bye to everyone with ahuge smile, I just thought that needed to be recognised.
About walk in. It's a domino's, you order they make pizza. The place was clean, so were the staff. The prices are on market. You will not be disappointed if you have had a domino's pizza before. The chain maintains its quality standards everywhere. One thing that makes this place a little different, it is possible to jump into a supermarket while your pizza is prepared.
This was by far the best and most delicious Domino's pizza restaurant I have had the pleasure of eating at. I ordered delivery to my Villa at the Sheraton Resort after a long day of sight seeing, little did I know, the highlight of my day was still yet to be experienced. The Pizza's came fresh and at the perfect temperature with the toppings evenly spread across the base with care and finesse, ensuring a balanced mouthful of flavor with every bite, the produce for a fast food chain was second to none and price point was extremely good value. This was the BEST DOMINOS I have had in Australia. A credit to the franchise and the food industry.
