Went to Bel Cibo on our last night of our “baby moon”. With only a few weeks left till we welcome our baby girl, we decided too have our last night out here before we have our hands full! The staff were so accommodating beyond words! They made sure I was comfortable and cool. Topped up my water every 5mins because I kept drinking it so often! Our meals & drinks came out so fast & so tasty, we want to go back already!!! If your looking for amazing service, fast meals & drinks then look no further. 10/10!! Thank you!!

Last night in port douglas was ruined by this restaurant. My family with 2 little kids arrived at 6:30pm for dinner. Took 1 hour for drinks to be served as waitress messed up order. Then to discover that by 8pm food order was never placed. Staff very rude and ignorant, especially the manageress after offering complimentary round of drinks or dessert for stuff up only to find we were billed for all. Manageress is very rude and unprofessional which gives this restaurant a bad name. Good food but will never return again.

The food was reasonably good but service not so good. The waitress bought out our main meal while we were still eating our entree! The entree was good, my risotto was real good but my wife's gnocchi was horrible. Gnocchi are supposed to be fluffy pillows of beautiful loveliness, our's were like rubber! The sauce was greasy with nothing to cut through the butter. I offered these comments to who I believe was the owner and she was more interested in processing our $150.00 payment than listening to what I had to say...once the payment went through, she turned her back on us! Needless to say, won't be visiting Bel Cibo again.

Food was okay but not nearly what we expected it to be looking at the price. Disappointed we were only offered sparkling and still water and charged for it when tap water was offered to other tables and is free. Very poor on the vegetarian options, however almost the whole of Port Douglas dining is behind the times and not offering vegetarian and vegan meals.
