Nando's lemon and herb chicken is our favourite. I normally call them prior to coming to the shop so we wont wait that long. The staff are nice and very helpful

Quick service outside if peak hours. Food is always fresh.

The food took too long. I called the order through and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, it took half an hour. This was NOT the fault of the staff working, there just wasn't enough people working to handle the customers that were there. Clear example of a fast food chain squeezing the labour budget. They needed two more people working. The staff that were there were doing the best with what they had.

Could use a little more cleanliness... especially the glasses. Some still had lipstick on them.
