Could not be happier with the team here! My poor duck Wendy was attacked by a fox. Thanks to Dr. Beatrice for looking after her, she is now back to feeling 100%. I really appreciate everything they did for her!
These guys were amazing!! Arielle and Ben took care of my aging King Charles at the recommendation of a friend after he'd been to two other vets that charged an arm and a leg to basically say he had a few months to live. They really looked after him and less than a week later people were already commenting on how well he looked. It's been nearly 12 months since then and we go in for monthly check ups and he's not only doing well, he's better than he has been in years. The staff were amazing and right from walking in the door could tell everyone there cares about any animal that comes in. They are very professional and to the point, vet bills can be quite expensive so it was good that they walked through every step with me and didn't prescribe any unnecessary procedures or medications. They had a basket to borrow costumes for Halloween and he won first prize for his :D
I absolutely adore this clinic! All staff are wonderful animal lovers and always so kind. I can always rely on them to give my babies the best care possible. Thank you all so much for everything you do!
My cat had his vaccine and annual checkup at Twin Towns Vet yesterday. Nadine was warm and loving and provided some extra information on his diet which was really helpful. Highly recommend for all south Gold Coast kitties.

Dr. BEN & STAFF were very caring with their administration of Meng's pekingese health needs over a number of days. I am so grateful! Happy Christmas to all Staff.
Total money gougers.. took cat for UTI.. instead of just prescribing the most common antibiotics for the most common bacteria to see if the least expensive and least invasive treatment would work.. they need to get as much out of this as possible so they want lab tests done.. result?.. bacteria infection needs antibiotics.. So just shy of $600 and 1 week later.. my fur baby is still suffering from UTI.. instead of just upping the dose of antibiotics.. they see another opportunity to make more money.. so again they order more tests.. same result.. same antibiotics.. treatment is higher dose.. another $500 later.. this isnt the first time Ive gone head to head with them over bills and quotes.. they sell a prescription drug there for $110..you can buy it at the vet chemist in south tweed for $43..but they the vet will sting you $30 to write the script. They wanted me to 'drop' my fur baby in for a blood pressure check.. $70 for blood pressure measurement.. $80 for half day 'observation'.. funny.. i thought observation was checking blood pressure and temp??.. and $60 for consult.. so $210 for blood pressure.. WHAT A JOKE!!.. Never ever going back.. found another vet and I'm very happy with their service and prices!
Dr beatris ? has left since unfortunately so i no longer go here for my birds but i do for my dog and they are always very niceI go here for my birds, cockatiel and galah. The bird vet here is so kind and empathetic towards my birds and tries to get tests ect done with minimal stress which I appreciate a lot. The only avian vet nearby is horrible so I am so glad there is an avian veterinarian working here that is close by.
