I have used this clinic several times since acquiring our pet 2 years ago. It truly is a centre of excellence in both how they relate to us and our pet. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our very first ever Vet experience with our new puppy. Nothing was satisfactory with our visit. We eventually were told that they were dealing with an emergency but they totally "dropped the ball" with every aspect of our visit, including dealing with our feedback once we found that we had been given the wrong tablets. We won't be back.
I would not recommend this clinic at all. I was prescribed a medicine that was meant for a 5-10kg puppy and my puppy is 1.5kg. I'm so glad I suggested to take it home and give it to him there as I wouldn't have known that it was the wrong one the vet was going to give him. Very concerning. Will be taking my puppy elsewhere from now.

The nurses and vets are so caring, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Can't speak higher of the whole team!! They are all amazing!
The team at Greencross vets were amazing when my dog got critically sick recently. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure he was taken care of and loved like one of their own, they also took the time to talk me through everything that was happening and showed me empathy and compassion. I highly recommend the Greencross Burleigh Team to take the best care for your pets.
