We have been seeing dr Justin in recent months and have found him to be an extremely knowledgeable orthopaedic surgeon; our two bulldogs both suffer from arthritis & ruptured cruciate ligament and require surgery. Dr Justin performed the TPLO surgery on our girl and assisted with our boy, and at all times, his genuine care, attentiveness, and compassion were at the highest level. We were so impressed by his wealth of knowledge as he was exceptional in answering all our questions and concerns; he is so GENEROUS with his time being so informative & helpful, and he genuinely cares about his fur and human clients. We learnt so much in the short time we've seen him and wish we would have found him earlier after years of visits to various other vet clinics & vets did not come close to the level of care and expertise we received from Dr Justin, and his team. Dr Justin & his team ensured that an otherwise extremely stressful process was as smooth and comforting as possible can be, and they were so accommodating and respectful in dealing with our very anxious boy! We have an enormous amount of faith and trust in the integrity of Dr Justin & the entire team, and the lovely nurses and receptionists were absolutely terrific too! Dr Justin and his team were exceptional in following up and keeping in touch, going above and beyond to help in any way! And we cannot praise them enough for their outstanding care and service. Our girl is doing fantastic two weeks post-operation, and we highly recommend the entire team at the Reedy Creek Vet Surgery! Your fur babies will love them too!
Justin has put together an incredible surgery providing really top care for animals. I took on a high needs rescue dog 9 years ago who was almost put down after 6 weeks due to his issues, but with the patience, guidance and care of Justin and his team, 9 years later and we are still on our wonderful journey together and he is the most delightful, loyal wonderful doggo. He's still captain chaos and has his quirks but we wouldn't know ourselves without him.
After having animals for approx 16 years and being to a few different Veterinary Practices throughout those years.... Reedy Creek vets is hands down the best on the Gold Coast and Im so glad we found them! Dr Catlin is one of the most hard working, knowledgeable, kind and caring Vets anyone could hope for! The reception staff are always incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, patient, as well. They always seem to be genuinely happy to help you and to be at work! Thank you for everything, what a great team you have! M x
All our pets go to this Vet clinic. We have 2 cats and 2 dachshunds and wouldn't go anywhere else. We are always welcomed by friendly, familiar faces who love on our pets. The vets here are always so helpful as are the other staff, nothing is too much trouble and they help keep our pets healthy and happy.
Couldn't be more thankful to Dr Matt and the team at Reedy Creek Vet! We recently went through a pretty unlucky spell with our fur baby and Dr Matt was always available, super knowledgable, very thorough and most importantly - he genuinely cared for the health of our beloved dog. He went above and beyond for us! We are so thankful for the support and care that was expressed by everyone on the team when we either visited or phoned the clinic to give an update. Yes, they wanted regular updates on how she was travelling back at home - talk about exceptional service! Cannot highly recommend enough. If your pet is not already under their care - you need to switch to Reedy Creek Vets now!!
We took our groodle Louis to see Dr Ker-Ming yesterday for a wound in his leg. It is the second time Ker-Ming has looked after Louis. He is such an attentive vet and explains things very well to us when he is providing care. Reedy Creek Vet’s provide such a great, caring experience for our dogs. Great work!!
Have used this clinic for a long time they are always exceptional. This review is for Kate one of the reception ladies. Kate turned us away from our emergency appointment after arriving 15 minutes late to our appointment. How such a dreadfully rude, cold hearted person is hired by such a great clinic is beyond me. I am holding Kate responsible for my best friend dying.
As owner of a very nervous and shy dog it is extremely important for us to know we can take her, even leave her in very capable, patient and loving hands. After years of general care as well as unexpected surgery, I have nothing but good to say about this clinic and everyone that comes with it. Our dog doesn’t like strangers not that you’re strangers anymore or places with a lot going on, but she is always happy to go to the vet. If that isn’t the best of reviews, I don’t know what is. Keep up the good work guys, you’re all amazing! Sevin and her humans are forever grateful!
We have recently starting coming here, with our 1 year old GSD and have since as move all animals from our previous vet to this one. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We saw Dr Liz who looked after our doggo and treated him like he was her own. She was also very helpful and provided us with the facts before we make a decision about the treatment moving forward.
