We were so grateful to Greencross Vets for saving our very sick Puppy. They were professional and caring. They explained every step and we were so comfortable leaving our Puppy in their care.
We are so grateful to the team at Greencross Vets Palm Beach. We recently walked in unannounced with our sick dachshund, who they have seen a few times over the years. They gave him such amazing care and gave us excellent advice. The next day we sadly had to return to put him down, and the entire team were so professional and caring. We were absolutely devastated and the team handled the whole thing superbly. Can't thank them enough for understanding just how much our dog meant to us and for looking after us all.
We switched from our vet to get a second opinion when we were told our 7 month old puppy had kidney disease and not given much clarity. They have been so amazing so far. As first time dog owners we had no clue what to do when we found out. They have thoroughly explained what kidney disease involves and when they got results back from elsewhere the vet even called and stayed on the phone with my for 50 minutes outside of a vet appointment to answer all of my questions and help me genuinely try to understand what the results meant. If you’re looking for a vet clinic that genuinely cares about you and your pet- look here!! We are so thankful x
Only ever great experiences here with the vets going beyond call of duty and giving detailed info around Bustas treatment. Suzanne treated his eye ulcer with great care this morning and brought the other vet Jane in for further consult. Terrific team
With every animal I’ve taken to green cross they have excelled in their treatment, and care for all animals I’m very happy to be with them because of professionally good and caring the staff is always helpful and friendly best vets I’ve ever been with and I’ve been with them for years now thanks greencross

We were frightened to trust another vet after a bad experience that cost me my other dog. Reluctantly and with much hesitation and fear I went to my local Greencross Vet. They are a franchise and I guess they are all over Australia. I can't tell you how fn relieved I am that these doctors are ethical and non-discriminatory. Roy likes his new doctor and I know I can feel reassured that they care about my little furboy. I recommend Greencross 100,000%.
I have been into this vet clinic 3 times now with my puppy and the staff have been exceptional. The front reception staff are extremely welcoming, proficient and knowledgeable, and the veterinarians are both absolutely fantastic. They made sure that my puppy was at ease and was happy to be there, they were extremely helpful to me as a puppy owner, and generally it was obvious that they loved their jobs. I am so grateful for the service this staff provide so that going to the vet isn't an expensive and dreadful experience. Thanks guys!
Great place where everyone really cares about the animals.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at GCV in Palm Beach. Our 11 week old Golden Retriever had horrible diarrhea with a bit of blood on Sunday morning and although they were booked out they told us to come down. After only waiting for about 15 minutes we were taken into a room and had the best experience with the vet and vet nurses. It's now only Tuesday and she is doing much better after we followed the advice and medication given. We'll be taking both of our dogs here from now on. Thanks again!
