If I could give you all a 100 star review I would. All a bunch of absolute earth angels and very grateful for their help with injured or sick wildlife we have brought into them. Especially this little cutie, who we now have the pleasure of watching grow up in the bush behind our home. Thank you, all of you!
Always friendly in person and do a tremendous job for wildlife.nWas disappointed when a woman was incredibly rude when I phoned to check on a water dragon I dropped off though.nI've been coming here for years, seemed really out of character. Maybe she had a bad day..
Staff lied to my partner and i saying they would not put down a bird we saved. Absolutely heart broken to find out they euthanised a happy healthy animal that deserved a chance to live. At least be upfront when someone asks if you euthanise animals tell them the truth. Ive seen many other reviews now from people who claim you have done same thing. Shame on you
This facility is great. Good access in a back street. Lovely staff. A valuable service to our community.
Saved a corella with a brokem wing and they promised me they would not euthanise it as they were strongly against euthanasia. The bird otherwise was completely healthy and happy. Called the next day to find out they have killed it. Won't donate to this organisation ever again.
