Store was neat and clean. Staff is good and helpful. Overall experience was good, didn’t felt there were any flaws in the store in term of services and products. I highly recommend this store.
Pretty good store with a lot of sizes and stock. Sometimes the stock is misplaced or a bit difficult to find, but the range here is definitely a highlight!! The staff are quite friendly, particularly the female staff who I interacted with in the lingerie section. One went out of her way to look for a particular piece for me, and the other was just super warm and friendly at the checkouts! I’d recommend coming here but just don’t call as the calls didn’t seem to go through….
Overall a nice store with a wide selection of brands and items. However the service was all over the place and staff members were quite rude and unhelpful. I was trying to check if there was a particular item in stock, and for some reason no staff member could either locate the item or check on the system for me because they weren’t representatives of the brand. I understand that there are staff shortages, but processes should be more streamlined and staff should be able to check stock for other brands. At the very least, be respectful and mindful when communicating this to the customer.
Ordered through Click and Collect and when I arrived there were 5 people in front of me with only 1 person working the counter. I waited about 20 minutes as other people kept pushing in to either pay for items considering there are about 4 other registers and asking questions on products. Frustrating when you just want to quickly go in to pick up and item.
I went to Myer Castle Hill yesterday to buy a complete outfit for an upcoming wedding. Suite, shirt, belt and shoes. I browsed the mens department for around 15 minutes before a lady from that department asked if I needed help. However that lady appeared more concerned with the suites on display and the dirty presentation by continually de-linting them with a brush. She showed me a few suites and asked what size I was. I did not know what suite size I was so she guessed as she did not possess a tape measure. I found a jacket that fitted yet the sleeves were too long. The pants she gave me were at least three sizes too small and when I tried to locate her to seek assistance she was missing. Then a store gentleman could see that I needed help and began to bring in different styles to the ones I was previously looking at and again sizing was way off. When I tried to find him again he too was missing also. The store by no means was busy at that time. So I left, went to David Jones and was greeted and assisted enormously purchasing everything I needed from the one sales lady.
looks like a nicer Target Staff member at register in ladies fashion Angela was the name on receipt as not wearing badge she had referred to herself as a manager not sure about that as she was so unprofessional when she stuffed up an exchange , then Called a actual other manager to intervene, I tryed explaining to her she was not interested in what I was saying as she was not LISTENING….I didn’t get an apology from Angela ….but got a lot of arguing before ….as I tryed to keep an open mindset toward her by remaining optimistic and polite ,She had no problem remaining rude by not owning up to her mistake. We all make them!! But professionalism with a swift apology does wonders , Very disappointing!!
Today I had the worst experience I have ever had at a Myer store. My friends and I were looking for boots but unfortunately due to their poor collection I was left unsatisfied so my friends got and I sat down to discuss where to go next when this rude lady came up to us and aggressively told us to leave the store and told us they were saving the seating for customers BUT had pretty much an empty store. Never coming back had appalling service. Shame on you Myer

Set up of the store was confusing. Today I had 2 lovely staff members Zainab and Maha helped me with what I needed. They showed passion and enthusiasm and was also very patient. Great customer service.
Myers Castle Hill was stocked up with a great variety of women's clothes. They have catered for all ages and sizes.
