I ordered a new PC case on December 9 and got told it would be 5 days. After 5 weeks it still hadn't arrived although I was told every time I went in that it would arrive in the next few days. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service received. If I was told my package would not arrive for 5 weeks I would have ordered online from the start. I would not shop here ever again. The only plus side is I got a full refund, ordered a case online and received it within a week.
