Clean,but you can't get Service at Service Counter, I pushed button twice in 10min waiting time,nI left without my items I wanted to purchasenNoone at checkouts either on Saturday morning
Nice people working here and they like to know you and help. Kmart gets better and better as visits get more frequent and staff are very polite and friendly and helpful - their advice and attitudes are always Customer friendly and Customer Oriented so much so that we Customers are almost always happy to be served and guaranteed full satisfaction with the products and goods we purchase once we see anSuitable item - friendly staff and their services may make a big difference as to whether we shop and browse there and if we come back - Kmart has it all and has so much going for it and quality and good quality goods are more available each year that passes - they just get stronger and better - such a good recomend - otherwise I would not go to Kmart - simple as - thanks Kmart.
I would have given 5 but the lady on Friday stuffed it. I had a click and collect I needed to sort in less than 24 hours turnaround time due to living remote and needing to get back before dark. 1 staff member was just a robot older lady in customer service on Friday and literally just recited the website back to me. Saturday morning first thing went back and a young girl helped me. She was AWESOME. She sorted it and we were on the road by 11. Home before dark.
I wonder why your staff feel it necessary to be condescending to anyone over the age of 60. Two of your female staff spoke to me today with an attitude bordering on contempt…..perhaps some cultural training might work….I won’t be back
If you have someone at the cash registers who is supposed to help you, can you train them on custom service. So rude, I asked for help and she didn’t speak, didn’t help so after asking for assistance and not getting it I walked away and did not buy anything from this store. Will try another in another town.
