I like Coles. The staff are friendly, helpful and always happy, smile and say hello. BUT lately I am very disappointed to say I have bought packaged chicken, mince, and I have gone home to open and it is off. The use by date is still 4/5 days away, it has not been marked down. I have an engle fridge/freezer in my car and is set and on before I go shopping. my cold freezer products on in as soon as I reach my car. Straight home and then I have opened my product. The smell..I have phoned the store straight away and asked what to do, very happy for me to return my product for a refund or exchange. The customer service staff are amazing. When they smell this, they totally understand.....why is this happening. Very disappointing.

Wonderful staff, you can get most anything you need here from chicken to stockings. It can be a bit too cold.in there and some times they run out of stock of things very quickly or it doesn't look right but all in all a great place. Love the staff.

The shop was packed and very low stock in fruit and veg sections, general items very poor staff trying to fill shelves with a shop full of people. Not all checkouts open, staff under stress. Management needs to have enough staff on and shelf fillers instead of being more interested in profit for themselves and share holders.
