Stuck  in Isa for a week. Great service getting us through a warranty claim. Ordering from Sydney and fitting a after market broken Tough Dog leaf spring on our D-max. Dean did the paperwork and ordering with updates of the arrival. Greg did the fitting and the lovely young lady was so pleasant and  friendly every time we were there. Great team.

I had an awesome experience at TJM today. Glen went above and beyond to create a sand flag attachment for our smart bar. Outstanding service with a smile, even though I was a terrible customer entering the shop 5 minutes before close. Thank you for your help!!

Glen the manager was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. Majestic the young lady on the front desk was  absolutely beautiful and delightful, nothing was a trouble for her always smiling. An asset to there business. They sorted my problems out very quickly.  Would definitely recommend them .

WoW what a fantastic business, Glenn and Lawrence would be the most helpfulness best customer service staff we have me so far on our Melbourne to Cairns Variety Club Bash, we needed major repairs and assistance to continue and they jumped in and got us all fixed up. Would employ these people in Melbourne in a heart beat if they ever relocated. A big shout out to the guy’s and girls from TJM Mount Isa for a Friday arvo special fixing my brand new solar blanket with dodgy connections which was purchased from another franchise with no fuss and with friendly and professional service and great looking we’ll stocked store!! Absolute legends

Wow ! What a great team ! From the first time we contacted Glen and Majestic  and wow what a smile she has  we had nothing but professionalism , courtesy and friendliness and they could not do enough for us when we booked our car on for a height lift . They made us feel secure in the work that they were doing for us ….. cannot recommend them highly enough ! Top self service !

Great service. Very experienced crew who fixed my fridge problem quickly. The cheery young lady at your front desk is a delight and an asset to TJM. I would recommend them.
