Frist S8 phone i ever owned, telstra shop Mt isa is like going to see family member about a problem.

Fly in fly out acting manager. As there is  no permanent manager (as its is a unappealing position)  So staff training suffers.  Staff are mostly in training ,  poor service and poor attitude lack of gender diversity 1 male (?) The blame lies with Telstra.  Shameful

No Telstra in-shop business support either in person or access to systems. Like today, we tried to get a SIM replacement but we were told we would have to call Brisbane on Monday, being the next business day and Telstra would have to send it to us by mail. I assume Cobb & Co? HOPELESS!

Have got to be the worst service of ever seen in my life being trying to ring there for two days is pretty funny it's a communication shop and I don't even answer their own phone I really would like to tell you what I think of them but I don't use actual language

Not very happy at all... I've been trying to phone them all morning and have had no one answer the phone. As I am working full time it is hard for me to leave the workplace to go into the store. I am phoning within the business hours so I don't understand why no one would be picking up.
