I was feeling a bit anxious and nervous before my day of surgery. On arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles. Every staff member I dealt with was amazing and so caring, explaining everything, helping me every step of the way. Thank you for your follow-up phone call to me at home the next day. A HUGH thank you to Dr. Bates, Back Neck and Joint for my excellent results.

I have been a patient here under Metro Pain team and the treatment from reception, to catering, hotel staff, nurses, doctors, everyone has been phenomenal. One of the nicest hospital experiences I've had the pleasure of receiving. Everything is tailored to you and nothing is too much. Food is great and rooms comfortable. Really good hospital systems in place. Highly recommend.

I found my visit to Monash House for a day procedure a very pleasant experience. The staff were very professional but understanding of my apprehension and did a great job of reassuring me.

My 11th time at Monash House. As always, the pre op and theatre experience was extremely positive. This time the care upstairs in the overnight ward was brilliant also. Attentive, caring, friendly. The catering lady was fantastic. The food wasn’t bad previously, but this time I noticed improvements have been made. It’s funny how small things can make a difference. If you are struggling with chronic pain, and need help, go see Dr Paul Verrills. It isn’t always straightforward or easy to treat chronic pain, and a bit of trial and error is par for the course, but Paul never gives up. He will always keep working with you to improve your daily experience. I cannot thank you and your team enough Paul.

Doctors are really nice but receptionist are so rude amd arrogant. They don't even know how to talk with customers. I don't know how get them job here. Such a horrible experience dealing with receptionist.
