Extremely good service! All the staffs (receptionists, nurses, and doctors) are very kind, respectful, and polite. I never felt rushed and the procedure went on smoothly. The nurses and doctors really made me feel comfortable and safe from start to finish. They explained the procedure very well and the best of all, they all have great sense of humour too! Which made me feel safe and calmed. I thank Esther (nurse - you're very sweet and kind), Dr. Stern (Gastroenterologist - such a good listener), Dr. Nicholas (Anesthesist - sweetest man and I never felt any pain with his cannulation!), and the whole team for your awesome job! The world needs more people like you :) Thanks again!!
