My daughter had her tonsils removed yesterday and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone single person we came across from the front reception, nurses, doctors right through to the pharmacist were just so lovely, nothing was any trouble and they made both my daughter and myself feel at ease. I recently had a day procedure at Monash Health Moorabbin, and I can’t thank the team enough for the outstanding care I received. Every single person I met - from the friendly reception staff thank you, Sammie! to the kind and attentive nurses, registrar, anaesthetist, and my surgeon, Mr. Anthony Rutman, was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout.nnI wish I could remember everyone’s names, because each of them helped make the whole experience so smooth and positive. The procedure went perfectly, with minimal discomfort and no complications, and I left feeling genuinely cared for and confident in the process.nnA huge thank you to Mr. Rutman and the entire team at Monash Health Moorabbin for your professionalism, kindness, and compassion. You truly made my experience so calm and positive.
Went for my review as an outpatient after having surgery at Monash Clayton last month. The hospital has good parking options, but the prices are high. I parked in a local street not far from hospital instead. The hospital has good signage so it's easy to navigate around. Staff in admin were friendly. Didn't have to wait too long to see surgeon for my review.
My wife had a surgical procedure today and have to complement competent staff,nnMajority of staff very friendly and approachable, willing to assist.nStandout for Jo & I was Bridget from 1C.nnBridget though busy was continually smiling, bubbly, energetic & went out of her way to ensure we were looked after.nnCredit to the hospital.
I came in for day surgery for endometriosis - the nurses, surgeons and doctors were all incredible. Very grateful to have received such amazing care
