Everyone here is amazing. We are so lucky to have a public facility with such wonderful people - oncologists, nurses, radiologists, dieticians, receptionists - everyone without fail treated my dad with dignity, patience and care during this almost 5 week daily treatment protocol. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and also for the parking validation to ensure the parking costs were capped every day !
Staff are absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and thorough explaining the procedure and answering any concerns when having a RT or MRI.nThe doctors, especially Ass Prof David Kok and his team take as long as required to explain procedures and address any fears you have and work your treatments around that.nnThe follow-up from nurses and doctors is A grade and all staff have made my experience with ease. Very patient and understanding.nnStaff at the front desk also answer all questions and so friendly upon your arrival.nnFacilities beautiful and clean.nnA credit to everyone who works at this facility
The doctors, nurses, technicians at Peter Mac Moorabbin have been the most kind, understanding and cheerful people. They have made me feel comfortable everyday of my 19 radiotherapy treatments. The daily sessions have been smooth and very quick. The radiologists always explain what will occur and prepare me for any changes. Thank you for supporting me through this difficult time.
I want to say thank you to all of staff, I was in Moorabbin hospital, they speed up my case and transfer me to nearest location sunshine hospital easy my trip. Both hospital staff are very supportive and patience. I feel destress because of their support. From planning to chasing report and start the treatment as soon as possible. Appreciated for all!
Radiotherapy department is stellar. Nothing but gratitude for professionalism. Could not expect better care. If visiting regularly park in Gardiner Road to avoid overpriced parking.
