Avoid this place. I booked an appointment and reconfirmed it multiple times. I even took the day off work and arrived five minutes early, only to be told it was scheduled for the wrong time. Despite the mistake being entirely on their end, they made no effort to accommodate me. I recommend choosing a radiology clinic that values accuracy and takes responsibility for their errors.
No way they can finish the removal of a cannula and not use sticky ban aids that are both painful and difficult to remove. I took my own bandages last time I visited, but they were not returned to me.nThey are not patient focused.
Just returned from taking my daughter for a MRI that required a cannula for dye.nWhen we informed them that she has had extreme problems in the past as her veins are very difficult to find, so could we have the best person to do it, the nurse said she would get the radiologist to do it.nMy daughter emerged from the cubicle 10mins later with no cannula and dressing on each arm.nThen a second nurse came and said they would get the radiologist to do it. When I said I had asked for this to begin with she stated that the radiologist told her to try herself.nMy daughter informed me later that another employee said to her that a lot of people say they have issues with this problem but they have no problem finding veins.nVery poor patient care, just tar all with the same brush and cause unnecessary pain to save time.
I have to complete annual screening and this is the first time I have had it at this i-MED. They were so efficient, the paperwork was swift, no wait time, friendly staff, easy to find, easy parking and modern facility.
I would not go there if you have a muscle injury and you have a referral for an ultrasound.nI had 2 ultrasounds done there muscle injury related and there are not correctly diagnosed, in my opinion.nAnd you can even spot it that parts of the muscle are missing and are not attached normally now.nAnd it cost me more than 170 AUD out of pocket for the latest one.
