My 5-year-old son recently had to go in for an ultrasound. We were lucky enough to have Ian, who had the best bedside manner of any medical professional we've ever seen. Thanks, Ian, for making the process so easy for our son.
All I can say is that this office is run really well and concentrates on patients being looked after . They supported me with great enthusiasm and professionalism. Thanks crew
Original quote for an MRI was $325. On arrival, and after my teenage daughter went in with the male radiologist, reception informed me that the cost would be close to $700. Eventually was charged $495. I-MED sent an email to advise of the revised cost which went to my junk folder and so was not seen prior to the appointment. Price gouging experts. I had to hound them about a follow up call to discuss. They called but left no return phone number. Eventually spoke to someone who offered no discount to the original price. Appalling. Go elsewhere.
The desk staff here are completely adorable. They are kind and very patient with elderly patients. Thank you. Kindness is important when people are frightened.
I have attended several I-Med clinics and commend Bentleigh East on their customer service, from reception onwards. The staff were conscientious, caring and respectful. Keep up the great work.nnI-Med, Mentone and Clayton ought to follow in the footsteps of Bentleigh East customer service skills.
