I wouldn't recommend coming here as the time wasted just to get simple US was atrocious.nn1. I-med had not sent instructions on what to prepare for making simple scan of 10 minutes go for over an hournn2. Whilst the specialists clearly stated bulk bill it turns out they don't know what that is . So out of pocket is mandatory even though they stated it's a reduced charge nnThere are other centers that offer better efficient services at zero cost, if I had known in advance I wouldn't have come here.
I had a procedure today and from The receptionist to the nursing to the doctor available for me I cannot fault this service. It was excellent from the time I arrived till the time I left I was made to feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility, thank you all very much

My 5-year-old son recently had to go in for an ultrasound. We were lucky enough to have Ian, who had the best bedside manner of any medical professional we've ever seen. Thanks, Ian, for making the process so easy for our son.
I have attended several I-Med clinics and commend Bentleigh East on their customer service, from reception onwards. The staff were conscientious, caring and respectful. Keep up the great work.nnI-Med, Mentone and Clayton ought to follow in the footsteps of Bentleigh East customer service skills.
