Excellent medical care from a great team of GPs. Broad range of interests, qualifications and experience means that my family has comfort in knowing that we will be provided with the best possible care and treatment. The nursing staff are exactly what you would hope for too.
Easy to book appointment online & good availability of appointments. Staff & doctors all very pleasant. Plenty of parking nearby too!
For physical ailments they are a reasonably good practice. If you have a mental health issue you may find other doctors in the area who are more comfortable and experienced in dealing with these re: the reply - I would not call one phone call attempt 10 minutes before your reply a particularly sustained contact. Given that the review is in writing I feel discussions should also be in writing
I have been attending this clinic since 2005. In that time the facilities have been re-built and the professionalism of the staff has gone to another level. The experience of the GP’s is wide and varied; the nurses are fantastic. i have absolute confidence and trust in this professional team and have no hesitation in recommending Eastbound Medical Clinic: so much so I now drive more than 100klm’s to get there.
I been a patient of Eastbound Medical Clinic for many, many years. The doctors are a diverse group so you can choose the best fit for your preferences. Receptionists are welcoming, informative and courteous. Nurse practitioners are professional and informative. I have always received sound medical advice and care at Eastbound Medical Clinic.
We have been attending the clinic for many years and all our health problems were always met with very professional care, understanding and compassion. We admire our very knowledgeable GP, dr. Allan Molloy, for his diagnostic skills and we are thankful for his ongoing care. The front desk staff and nurses are always courteous and helpful. The clinic is committed to providing modern equipment and patient comfort.
