We had our baby in June. Had a very positive experience. For us everything was very well organised since the beginning. Cisly was coordinating our hospital stay very well given us a hospital tour,answered all the questions without any hesitation. I had very experience Midwife for my labour, Dianne was knowledgeable and taken care of me very well. She has knitted me a baby beanie while i m on my labour. That was such a lovely gesture. She even stayed back after her shift to help me. Also midwife Jane was helping me during my labour. And midwife Edel was looking after me and very friendly throughout my hospital stay. A big thank you to all the staff members. Food was very nice and very well presented. Only one thing to add on for improving the service for the kitchen staff, that sometimes we were unable to eat our meal due to newborn babies are crying. And as a new mom sometimes we struggle to calm the babies and vistors are coming, therefore when the kitchen staff come and ask for the plates back we haven't even eat. They keep coming to collect the plates every 10 mins. I can understand that they need to close the kitchen l but if they can understand that new mums struggle with pain and babies and arrange something that would be nice. That was the only isuue we faced. Otherwise we had a lovely time until we come home. All the midvives were caring and helpful. A big thank you for eveything you did for us.
Dear management, thank you for the amazing and caring midwives. I do have a request—could we please have someone available in the nursery? We’ve been here for 24 hours, and no one has been present to assist to temporarily look after our new born . My wife really needs some rest. This is one of the reason why we choose this hospital.
The quality of help and support was second to none by the Great and friendly staff at Waverley Private..Being a bit nervous and unsure about pre Admin for a hand opetation Alex, jumped in and helped me fill in the forms with Scout both ladies was so caring and understanding and pleasant to deal with. Also Charlotte at reception was lovely. The day procedure staff for surgical was so welcoming and on the ball for pre support before the op.All the rooms was extremely clean and staff was just so helpful and friendly. I would recommend waverly private to anyway who is looking for a hospital that cares..Thank you Alex and Scout keep up your great work in helping people .
Cannot fault any of the lovely nurses & staff at this hospital for my day procedure this week. Admission taken care of swiftly and I was first on the list for surgery.nnEveryone was very kind & highly professional! So reassuring to be taken care of so well. Would definitely recommend this hospital. Thankyou
We had the pleasure of welcoming our two children into the world at Waverley Private Hospital, and both experiences were exceptional. The midwives were friendly, professional, and provided outstanding care throughout the entire process. The rooms were neat and nice, creating a comfortable environment for both mom and baby.nnDuring our second stay, we noticed some ants in the room, but the staff responded immediately and thoroughly cleaned the room, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. The food was good, and the facilities were top-notch, making our stay as pleasant as possible.nnOverall, we were very happy with the care and service at Waverley Private Hospital and would highly recommend it to other families.
