This has been my GP for around 12 years, and I've found them to be very polite and reliable. There can be long waits, and generally don't expect your appointment to be right on time, but you'll find that almost everywhere. The doctors themselves really care about the patients and the 24-hour service and bulk billing are a great benefit to the community.

Absolute waste of time and money. Don't recommend it to anyone. Had a severe throat infection and all the doc told me was to use strepsils and was handed with $89 bill for no service rendered. Had to visit another GP and am all well now.

Had occasion to use this clinic for an Emergency. Doctor and Staff could not have been more helpful. So grateful to know that we have a 24 hour service so close.

This is absolutely ridiculous medical center for the previous couple of years. 80% off the time, waiting time up to 1hour. Not once with proper efficient consultantation. The most recent 2 bookings, 19 Jan, Dr Gong was last minute no shown, hv to change to another doctor. Then three days later with Dr Wong on 22 Jan, was told by reception that Dr left earlier for private minutes. No doctors on duty at the time, so We have to see the next available doctor who has not started work yet. waiting time could be upto 30minutes. the reason did not notice us becase system was down.... We would strongly recommend not to visit this medical any more.
