I don't know why, but I've had an aversion to Bulk Billing clinics for quite some time, thinking they would offer super basic facilities and uncaring doctors. Reading reviews on this place almost had me convinced I was right with my aversion, however because I work in the area and it was convenient for me to drop by (all I wanted was a replacement script), I did so and let me tell you, I've now changed clinics. The place is clean, has great parking, the interior is nice, the reception seemed okay and the doctor I saw (I've only been the once) was so caring and interested that she managed to change my thinking forever. She wasn't prepared to simply give me a script, rather she wanted to have a good look into my overall health. I couldn't be more pleased.

The GP was very uncaring and could not bother to explain or answer my questions. I was there hoping to seek some professional medical advice on two matters. She reluntantly helped me out with the first one and asked me to come back the next day to see her for the second matter. I guess it is a norm of bulkbilled clinic where GPs tend to be uncaring and take more patients in during a set time. Terrible.

No wonder more than 50% of the people have given only 1 star... !!! The receptionist was hopeless And pathetic!!! My GP is good but the centre sucks!

The reception staff are friendly, but the doctors are incompetent, and lack basic medical knowledge. Won't be going back ever again.

Very caring and friendly staff specially the front lady in the reception. Feel like our half of the illness get cured . Doctors are fantastic and very reliable.
