You guys should replace or train properly that cranky old man with beard. He's always very rude with the costumers. I'm not the first to complain about him. This place will lose a lot of clients because of him.

One of the ladies here has THE BEST customer service around and it's always a pleasure to be served by her. Friendly, bubbly, quick and even tries a bit of an up-sell which always impresses me. Have used the bathroom once or twice and it's always fresh and clean. Good supply of all the essentials you'd expect at a servo.

Everyone working here is friendly and great to deal with except this one older gentleman with a beard who is constantly rude to me every time I go in. This morning around 7:10am I went in there again and had the same service from this person, very rude. Other than that the rest of the team is fantastic to deal with and I will continue to shop from here.
