Funny how they pick and choose who they will pack bags for. What a bunch of phonies. I always have to pack my own bag after paying. What criteria is needed? And having to wait while the checkout person has a good long chat with the person in front of you isn't on either.
A better set up store than the Queen Street branch in Upper Hutt. Customer service is good and the butchery is the best in Upper Hutt with excellent cuts and top grade meat quality.
Best supermarket around Upper hutt Staff are always happy to help.
Every week I shop here but every week lately the biscuits are all broken in there packets even the gingernuts shop now at Pak n save cheaper and the biscuits are not broken conspiracy theory here the biscuit person dosnt like biscuits .

Good stock options but more expensive than other supermarkets. Fruit is fresh and healthful with no noticeable bruising unlike other stores. A smaller supermarket than some with less selection. Staff are very helpful and well informed about their merchandise.
So much more costly than expected.. What a rip off.. barely any specials really.. and no good fresh fish deals.. you would think.. theses guys buy in bulk so its diet cheap for them.. not impressed!
I just want to say how fantastic the team are here. I have been doing online shopping since last year and the online staff and staff at service desk are always so nice and helpful. I am also very grateful to them during the lockdowns. Thank You so very much
I do my shopping online and it comes from the Maidstone store apparently I can't change it to the Queen St store. They're ALWAYS low on items that should be in stock, the latest being no apples. How is that even possible? Had enough, will shop from New World instead.
