I went to Countdown Upper Hutt this afternoon.nRachel stacking magazines went out of her way to help me look for the item that I couldn't find.nShe made my day, very friendly staff member.nAmazing customer service.nThanks, Rachel, for being so kind and helpful.

Just went to Countdown in upperhutt, at the checkout my bill was $215 I gave the girl $110 cash and wanted to pay the rest on card. she said there’s $5.00 to pay. I said that’s not right and she said it is.nSo I paid the $5 and took my receipt.nIn my car I checked the receipt and found she had put $210 cash so I went back in to pay the $100 I owed, I explained what happened to customer service she said I’ll take $100 cash out and put it in her till, she didn’t know how to do that so called a supervisor to help.nAfter it was all done, neither the young girl on the till, the supervisor or the customer service lady said thank you.nMaybe next time I’ll keep the money.

Excellent for our weekly shop. Click and collect service is wonderful

Bad customer service.Today when I went to shop there with my gift card a blonde lady was at checkout. When she asked about the  balance I said I don’t know exactly what’s remaining , then she started making irritating faces and was being disrespectful instead of maintaining a professional demeanour and do her job.

Amazing service and excellent layout of the store. Easy to navigate through the aisles
