I went to BP for car wash and I am not use to do it so I asked for help from a guy behind counter name Ethan and he was very rude and did not replied me very well and I went confused outside to do my car wash I was not aware from which way to go so then he came and was doing very unprofessional hand gestures so I felt so disappointed
Old lady behind the counter very arrogant where did you find these people have no customer service and felt very hated on I don't know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but will not be recommend anyone to go there ever again very disgusted and angry people work there
coffee is always great. young man behind the counter with a beanie needs some lessons in customer service. not all his thoughts need to be said out loud as they made me feel uncomfortable, like i were to blame. my mum had a similar experience previously with him, who made her say please before she had a chance, making her feel belittled.
It's a favourite fueling station of mine. Not only for the car but the happy tank, too nI enjoy the convenience of the fueling app. Order coffee before the visit and pay from your car when filling up.
