I would just like to say another huge thank you to Debbie for the best customer service ever! She helped me pick out the right colour of paint and offered friendly advice that was just what I needed - I really felt like she'd gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. Also a big thanks to the trolley attendant whose name I didn't catch - there's no dedicated bike parking here, but he let me park my bike with the trolleys which I was very grateful for. I would highly recommend coming here - I've been in for vegetable seeds before and had a similarly positive experience : Thank you so much to the team at Mitre 10out of 10!

Your outdoor pots area is shocking and needs looking after. It was hard to look at pots when there's lots of heavy ones on top of them. The quality of the pots you have on offer are very poor with many of them chipped and scuffed and no way worth the price you're selling them for. We came Saturday afternoon around 1pm and it was so hard to find a staff member for assistance, we ended up getting some help from a customer in a wheelchair who didn't work for you guys. You need more staff in the gardening area.

a great store but staff seem a bit lacking in knowledge.asked a guy if they sold distilled water.he looked at me  and said i dont know about that,have you tried the car section,which i already had.so went to supercheap and got it there

Staff never help load any trade products onto our trucks. Seem to have the uncanny ability to only turn up when finished loading and tying load down. Classic. Have great selection of pool toys and sun longes in July if needed?
