Out of all the Wendy's ice stores I've been to in my entire life, this is consistently the worst. The ice cream is always at that almost melted point. ALWAYS. Like by the time I've paid and walked 2 metres, it has started dripping/melted. I can't tell you how much that infuriates me. On a hot day, your lucky if it doesn't start dripping in your hands as soon as they hand it to you. Service is sub par at best, honestly, I don't know how they pass health and safety standards. The chain should really be looking into them.

Bought a bits sundae. It's tiny and the server used her dirty fingers to push 5 chocolate pieces into the top of it. I had to ask for a different one, good thing I saw! She had no shame either. I would give this place zero stars if I could!

They don't bother cleaning the seating area, and staff are pretty vacant. Nice ice cream tho :)
