My husband to be, 1 year old son and I walked in to look for wedding bands on 27/09/2017 around lunch time. We were served by David from Upper Hutt Michael Hill. We were both taken away by how professional, quick and satisfying he gave personal customer service. We both felt at ease about the choices of wedding bands, he had pointed out to us. Also David gave us an option of a payment plan which we snapped up in an instant! He was well presented, focussed and with so much energy in the sale. My partner and I felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders. We both come from retail backgrounds and know exactly what is needed. I haven't had this X factor service in a very long time from anywhere. David is surely a gift to Michael Hill and is a very valuable asset to the team. I do believe in the future he would be capable of being a manager, regional manager or even a business owner in a A store. As his talent sure does stand out and shines from all above. Today 04/10/2017 I had come in to the Upper Hutt Michael Hill store, to pick up my wedding bands that had been sized. Only to be pleasantly greeted by David. I could see he was rushed off his feet, but still composed and professional to make sure I was 110% satisfied with the wedding bands. I tried mine on of course! I couldn't believe it with my own eyes! Everything and more I wanted! Breath taking, my heart was overjoyed and I'm still buzzing! From just simply walking in Michael Hill last week to having wedding bands sized and in my hands. Talk about complete wrap around service! I am a local shopper here in Upper hutt, as I also live here. I will defiantly be given word of mouth to everybody & stranger's who are in need of purchasing jewelry, they must see David from Upper Hutt Michael Hill store. 100 out of 100! All boxes tick! David keep doing what you do and I sure hope you get all the praise & glory for your outstanding customer service from Michael Hill. Thank you from our hearts, you've added a special memory to our wedding day. We will carry this for the rest of our lives.
