A great experience! John the Store Manager, is exceptionally friendly and have some really good advice and facilitated me getting an appointment and helping me to choose frames and was able to explain to me about the products in great detail. Susan who did the assessment, was also very friendly and a wealth of knowledge. Would recommend this place if you have eye issues/concerns
Fantastic service and great advise on new frames. Thank You. OK but that was a year ago and although the service and frames are still great! The coating on them scratch very easily. Second pair with the anti glare scratching, never used to have this problem : I have been contacted by the store manager and he appologised. He was wonderful and has redone my glasses at no cost under their 24 month manufacturer guarantee. Thank You.
Fast, effective glasses repair which was very much appreciated. The glasses were also returned straightened / aligned perfectly for wear.

Had an appointment here today. The optometrist was excellent and the customer service was fantastic. Frames were reasonably priced too! Southern Cross members get a discount on lenses as well as a free eye test.
My daughter and I shopped here today for some new glasses for our 3 year old granddaughter...who was extremely tired after her circus date with her Koro. Kate was absolutely fantastic with us. So patient and informative. What an asset to the store. We now have 2 pair coming with insurance too. Well done Kate!
I went for a normal check and the team was really friendly and did not try to push glasses or lens to me. Which made me really feel like these guys are genuine. Thanks team.
