My husband and I went in today to collect an order, while waiting we witnessed extremely unprofessional behaviour from someone who seemed to be management.nTwo team members were reprimanded in front of numerous customers, instead of being offered support.nOne of the team members was just trying to do all he could to help customers.nMakes me not want to shop here often.
I am wondering how does the warehouse shops to make a income from the customers when they do not pick up there phones or do they really want customers to shop at there stores then pick up the phones when it rings if you have no customers then you have no jobs and no need for shops and then they close down due to luc of customer service to answer the phonesnAnd I will not run around from store to store you guys need to teach your guts how to answer a phone tht one call can make tht sell for the day or no sell then you start to stop paying the people, s wages are not enough customers for the amount of staff so then you have to down size people that work for the upper hutt warehouse
Zero service.nStaff do not answer phone despite ringing numerous times over several days.nZero communication re click & collects.nItem arrived at store, not processed for days.nNot sure if its staff at fault or a lack of staff. Either way TWL used to be customer service oriented now clearly customers are an inconvenience
Was a great days shopping even better was less human traffic around at time to speed the experience and get around with a good nosey at other things.
Another fantastic Red Shed. Great selection of most items from sports gear to fridge freezers. Staff are always helpful. The latest inclusion of the Stationary Warehouse is great for a one stop shop.
