If they had a coffee machine in here I could spend all day in their arts and crafts area and when finished there there's always the sewing area that has an amazing selection of items we did a sewing box's for our girls 1 Christmas and managed to get everything here
Great selection of crafting items. Staff friendly and helpful. The only down side is the mall that they are in is really old, unloved and are charging for parking. Even when you pay for parking they send you a parking ticket.
Lovely friendly staff, but didn't have what I wanted

Staff are always helpful and pleasant. The range of stock is massive and has everything. The prices are just too steep sometimes considering what the product is made from.
This is my favourite wool, fabric & craft store! Been going here since they opened! I buy so much from here that I joke ' I have shares,' the staff are warm, friendly, helpful-just fabulous!
The customer service team for Lincraft are just fabulous. I had an order not show up and they worked with me to find out what happened and resend my items. I spoke to the same service representative the whole time, based in New Zealand, and it was clear that they really care about their customers and take pride in their business. It was a totally painless experience and completely alleviated my anxiety of having all that week's 'fun money' lost in the post! Thank you!
Could sell plastic canvas though would help
My first time visiting Lincraft in upper hutt as I live out of town. I must admit I was a little disappointed as I've only shopped in the lincraft in Dunedin which, to me, I feel is a bigger store and had more things to offer. As I'm an avid knitter and crochet I was disappointed in the amount of wool they had to offer and not many specials at the time I went in really I suppose I went in at the wrong time. Service was good I was asked twice if I needed help which is great. Staff lovely, friendly and approachable. I cannot say much about other crafty things they offer as i didn't have time to throughly look through the store. Worth a visit if you are out that way otherwise other craft stores are just as good.
Didn't really find the main thing I was looking for here. I did get some nice buttons with my $10 voucher though. I only need 20c cash
