Great selection of clothes, but prices are steep for second hand. If you are spending the day op shopping come here last. Staff a mixture of friendly and not so much. 3 items only in the changing room is a pain.
Very large second hand shop. Could be better organized, would be extremely helpful if clothes were sorted by size. It’s unreasonable that only three items are allowed in the dressing room. The rooms are right in front of the check out and there’s no place to store your goods, since that’s three items total. Lastly, the staff is not very friendly. I suppose you’re dealing with a lot of bargain hunters all day. But in addition to not selling me something without a tag or re-pricing it for me, they wouldn’t let my child use a toilet. You’re a pretty awful establishment if you won’t let a child relieve themselves.
Big range of mens clothing and shoes, you're not likely to walk out without a few things. Not a lot of 2 or 3 piece suits though, but I fully understand that they can only sell what they've been given. A bit on the pricey side for second hand goods but certainly much less than you'd pay new.
0/5 because like many other reviewers it’s not giving “Save” Mart. You can only take 3 items into changing rooms which is ridiculous. We haven’t been to a save mart in two years so we were confused as to why there were no trolleys. The person I was with has a bad spinal injury and Sandra who works there was very rude and petty when telling my friend that we can’t use a trolley. Very disability unfriendly save mart. Thankfully a kind customer told us the Levin save mart is much better and cheaper compared to this rip off.
I don't usually do this but in taking the time to write a review, surely management sees this? your staff are disgustingly rude, clearly hate their jobs or just life in general. this is the most overpriced savemart I've ever been to and I think I've pretty much hit all of them across the country. 2 things I note people have constantly commented on ia the gross customer service and the overpriced cloths. Please do something about it
Feels more like a prison than a shop. 3items but won't hold other pieces to try on. No trollies. No air con. Rude women enforcing rules, treated poorly every time in every location. Yes rules, but people want to buy your clothing. Allowed 3 in the changing room,no more yet can hold extra but are not allowed to try them on afterwards. But can buy them. Ridiculous.
Prices are too expensive it should be a second hand shop that's why it's called Save Mart right! Really we are not saving us money by going there since we getting rip off from them and remember people are donating free stuff to them & putting the prices up on the clothing to get more out of us. They're are robbing people that has low income when they shop there so yeah. That's all I had to say. The staff there are very rude & disrespectful no manner's even. So please if anyone is going to Save Mart read my review before you go there please. Comment down below
call it spendmart not save mart. prices have gone up since ive last been. they do have a pretty good selection, although people donate their clothes for free to help people with not much money. and you guys are just profiting off it.
Nice place bet out of the way and nice clothes but the 3 items rule I is not good coz you pick up more cloths and you can't try them on together
Used to be great for clothing bargains, but not so much anymore. Prices are getting a bit steep for second hand stuff.
