Story

Broadway Motel & Miro Court Villas are located in the centre of Matamata township or Hobbiton as it is often referred to. We have 20 units,(15 ground level,5 upstairs)...... standard(older style), deluxe and executive. Being so central means we are only a couple of minutes walk from the cafes, bars and clubs, plus there is a gym, squash courts and the Matamata Sports Centre opposite us.
Our guests are welcome to use our private spa, our swimming pools with an attached toddlers pool and chidren's playground.

Estuvimos alojados en una de las "villas", pequeños apartamentos segregados del resto del motel. Instalaciones muy limpias y amplias, formadas por un comedor con pequeña cocina, habitación dormitorio y baño, además de un pequeño jardín privado. Equipado con dos pantallas de TV: una grande en el comedor y otra pequeña en la habitación. Aparcamiento disponible a la misma puerta del apartamento. Relación calidad/precio correcta. Buena opción para alojarse una noche antes o después de visitar Hobbiton (ya que en Matamata no hay mucho más que ver...). La calidad del WiFi era una poco justa y se desconectaba con frecuencia, con conexión limitada a 1 Gb. En la reserva estaba anunciado que la habitación disponía de reproductor DVD (con películas gratuitas disponibles en recepción), pero en nuestra habitación no había dicho reproductor.
