Great place to stay, clean, tidy and we'll serviced. Only 12 apartments, so it is quiet with parking right out the front. Some rooms even have two levels to them with the bathroom being on the top level. Within walking distance of a supermarket and many places to eat. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Good quiet hotel, clean, well maintained, well serviced, in a good location for the area, and hobitton. 
There is also the Firth museum to visit, which i heartily recommend if you want a snapshot of daily life in early New Zealand

We stayed here recently whilst visiting Hobbitton. The room was lovely and faultlessly clean.  Bathroom was very nice and had a great shower. The staff were all friendly and helpful.  They even called after we had left to tell us we had forgotten something. Overall, very impressed.
