We felt completely at home during our 3 night stay. Everything was perfect - from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the breakfast. The farm's beauty and lovely Hunter the small dog in the pictures added to the perfection of our trip. The hosts, Mia and Michael, were incredibly nice and friendly. You can feel they love their job. If you're looking for a place to stay in Matamata, their place is one of the best. Thanks again Mia and Michael! Cheers!
Michael & Mia are the best! The breakfast, the orchard and the garden are all superb! Also it’s only 20 minutes away from Hobbiton site if you plan to visit it for its Evening Banquet + Tour.
Mia was so welcoming. The continental break was amazing. It was assorted and for all dietary requirements.nThe beds were so comfy. The hot water bottles saved us at night as the individual rooms were cold. The main living space had a heater, so the entertainment area was where be.
We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The space was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and cozy, and the breakfast provided was a wonderful start to our mornings. Just a short drive away from Hobbiton! Mia and Michael were wonderful and helpful hosts and we would happily stay here again!
This is so lovely place which one I’d like to recommend strongly to anyone who plans to come here.The room is neat and comfortable, the surroundings are attractive,the little pappy-Hunter is so cute and friendly.And the breakfast is so rich and wonderful! The owners of the house are so friendly!
