A beautiful property with great facilities. The room we had was spacious and the bathrooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was very nice and the pool was perfect on a very warm day. John was a great host good company and had lots of great advice for our travels. You will not regret a stay here...the only regret we had was not being able to stay longer.

This B&B was just what we were looking for on our stay in NZD. John our host was so helpful and informative to the area and things we should see. We came and went as we needed and it felt like home. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We can't wait to book again in the future.

It's a very good place to stay, John is a nice guy. You can have a peaceful night of sleep, it's quite and comfortable. Good breakfast will be waiting for you in the morning. I had not time to enjoy all facilities. Recommended!

Very comfortable stay at John and Ann's house. Very nice bedrooms with comfy beds and cooked breakfast. John is very welcoming host and can tell you a lot about cattle trading and horse racing. I wish I could stay longer as the place has fabulous grounds

This was our first experience using a B&B. It was FABULOUS. Ann & John are absolutely lovely. The grounds are fabulous. A very peaceful location with easy access to the town centre. We used the large family room and it was just great with plenty of space. My children loved running around in the gardens, looking at the pony and playing with the dog. It was a fabulous stay for us and we enjoyed every bit of it.
