Facilities excellent. Large sites. Clean toilets and showers. In fact I would have given an A+++++ if it wasn't for the manager. Staff excellent but she has to be the rudest person I have had the misfortune to come across. Obviously doesn't read emails. Will go back again no problem but will give her a wide berth.

It is a little bit expensive, but a nice and tidy place. Good kitchen and BBQ. You have to press a button for a 7 minutes hot shower, but it is free. We liked the pool. Just the numbered slot that we got was really tiny. It was just for one night. That's why we didn't complain.

The cabin we stayed in was a two bedroom and we were happy that it was comfortable with a heat pump etc. One incredibly frustrating element though: If you book a two bedroom place, you get charged extra if you have more than two adults staying in the cabin. I can understand this extra charge for smaller rooms but if you have beds for up to five people in the cabin and you are hiring a place that had more than one room, it's completely illogical to charge more for extra people (including children). Presumably you are paying for a bigger place by paying more money but I guess by their logic you are only paying for the extra floor area and the 'pleasure' of using all the beds is extra. This charge is also not clear when you book online, and you only find out once you pay once arrived. You therefore have no choice but to pay :(.

Ive been here twice with my partner and both times we loved it !!! Its the perfect getaway for city people like us , beautiful views! Minigolf Clean rooms spa bath is amazing alot of nature its absolutely beautiful id suggest going in winter ! We will return for a third time midyear💙💙 cant wait

We came here for a family weekend and love this place!! There is do much to do for families... the pool is gorgeous.... mini putt..bmx track.... skate ramp... All the amenities were incredibly clean and the grounds immaculate!!!
